New Canon area takes customers in-store experience to the next level

Since opening our flagship store in 2008, thousands of customers have visited Park Cameras in Burgess Hill and have been able to try out an unprecedented number of photographic products all under one roof. In June 2017, we took a significant investment to completely redevelop the Canon area of the store, with the aim to improve the shopping experience that our customers receive when visiting, and to showcase the latest products across the Canon range of Digital SLRs, Mirrorless and compact cameras, lenses, printers, and video range. We believe that it is now easier than ever for customers to try the latest products at our innovative store.

When visiting the store, you’ll find that every part of the Canon area has been changed, and has been designed in such a way that you’ll be able to try out the range of products with ease, and find the correct product for your needs. Within the area, you’ll find a 3D display of hot air balloons designed to help test out the current range of cameras, as well as a comfortable seating area where our expert team can go through any product in further detail.

As ever, our team of friendly experts are on hand to guide you and offer advice, and are always on hand to provide in-depth product information as well as giving valuable recommendations on the best products for visiting customers. As a Canon Pro Partner, when taking a trip to the store you’ll also find a technical expert from Canon UK available on a number of weekends to help answer any query you might have, whether it’s regarding kit that you already own, or maybe something brand new that has just come into the market such as the EOS 77D or the EF-S 35mm f/2.8 Macro IS STM lens.

To celebrate the redesigned area of the store, we are running a competition whereby if you purchase any new Canon Digital SLR, Mirrorless or Compact Camera from them, you'll automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of three Hot Air Ballooning flights from Virgin Experiences! You can learn more in store or by visiting www.parkcameras.com/balloon.

Assistant Store manager Shaun Allen spoke about the redesigned Canon area stating “This fresh new area of the store has made it even easier to show off the impressive range of cameras and lenses currently available from Canon. Customers can now interact with the whole range, and really get hands on so that they can test out the products to help them make the best decision on what they should buy to suit their needs, with the aid of our expert staff. I believe that this new area truly sets Park Cameras apart from any other photo retailer in the UK with the ‘touch-and-try’ offering that we can provide. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank customers for their patience during the refurbishment project and apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused. However, I trust that our customers, both old and new will agree that it has been worth it!”

There’s never been a better time to visit Park Cameras, with a wide range of fantastic offers available both in-store and online at www.parkcameras.com.

Have the "cases" turned up for the EOS M6 yet? Still waiting for the freebie to go with my purchase of a couple of months back.
