Wildlife Photography the Best Nikon Cameras and Lenses

We loved being able to test out the latest camera equipment at our Wildlife Day 2018 event at our Burgess Hill store. We took the opportunity to speak to the experts on hand to hear what kit they recommend for wildlife photography. Here’s Bruno giving us a run-through of the latest Nikon equipment.

Autofocus is key

In the video above, Bruno touched on the benefits of the Nikon D850’s auto-focusing system for wildlife photography. Tracking a moving object can be incredibly difficult, and the more points of focus that the camera has, the greater the chance of locking on to the subject (and the right part of the subject). With 153 points of focus (and an incredible 99 cross-type AF points), this Nikon system is generally recognised as one of the best systems for wildlife photography.
